I'd like to produce an individual electronic copy of each form generated from
a mail merge.
To my knowledge, there's an easy way to merge a form for every record into
one document (which I don't want) or I can go through, select each record

only option is to use internet Fax service. This is not like before with Word

labels. When i am in the create labels wizard and it says 'get data' it won't

In Excel, that column is formatted as the special field "Zip Code" and the
leading zeroes are there.  Why in Word does the mail merge drop the leading
