I am trying to send a fax in Word 2007 using my PC's Modem but no luck. The only option is to use internet Fax service. This is not like before with Word 2003, does anyone have any ideas on this. Thanks

I have windows 97 and am trying to mail merge so that i can create mailing labels. When i am in the create labels wizard and it says 'get data' it won't allow me to access the 'use addresses' button. I want to merge the info that i have in my address book in outlook express.

My zip code field on the mail merge drops leading zeroes, why? In Excel, that column is formatted as the special field "Zip Code" and the leading zeroes are there. Why in Word does the mail merge drop the leading zeroes?
