The address block is preformatted with 15 or so lines. I only need 3. How do I prevent extra space that is built into the address block for all 15 lines and have it print only the 3 I am using, one after the other with no space in between? Thanks.

I have prepared a word document and want to mass email it using mailmerge. This i can do, but I have problems with setting a hyperlink to a web site. The hyperlink works when I use it in word but not after it has been emailed. (I emailed the letter to myself to test it)
