I'm trying to fix a mailmerge INCLUDEPICTURE problem.
My data source contains the filename (eg "bhc.gif") and all files are
in a folder on our server ("P:\Events\Company logos for booklets").
I can create a merge field which can merge to a new document just

Attempting to merge labels from a excel file into a word mail merge for
labels.  First, I don't get addresses for preview.  It's a blank page.  Also
noticed that the addresses were all out of order like city first, then state,
then name.

I have a file that originated in MS Excel with names and addresses.  I want
to send each of them a preprinted 4.25" x 5.5" postcard, and have the printer
print the address on each postcard.  Using the mail merge function of MS Word
doesn't seem to be working and is just ...

I have a Word document with approximately 3K addresses that I need to
'export' into another format...preferable .CSV or .XLS.
Can this be done?  If so, how?
