I'm drafting a letter. In the body, I need to dump ALL the name, address, etc. fields from Excel into one letter. I.E. Is there a way to merge all the data? Currently, each name (etc.) is appreaing in a seperate document. Also, how do I skip repeat names?

In a mailmerge doc, I have {MERGEFIELD DateOfLoss}. I do not want the merged doc to print the DateOfLoss: I want it to print the date 2 years and 1 day AFTER the DateOfLoss. :-) Any takers?

I'm wanting to use Avery 5567 labels (Hanging File Tabs), but that template does not seem to be pre-installed in Word 2002. I tried to download it off of Avery's site, but then I am not able to use it in mail merge. (I have over a hundred different labels I need to make.)
