I am trying to do a mail merge. On my machine when I select open data source, I get the option of choosing DDE, etc. When I choose this option, it allows me to have 2 characters past the decimal point, which is what I want.

I designed a database to hold job descriptions. I set up a mailmerge so that each individual job description can printed. Most of the documents are more than one page. If I were to mail merge all the documents it would come out at "Page X of 70".
