I am doing a straightforward mail-merge but want to get the results in
seperate documents instead of underneath each other in one document i.e if
there are 40 results i dont want one document with 40 pages - i want 40

I am trying to print mailing labels (Avery 4013 - Continuous feed) from Word
2007 to a dot matrix printer and it is skipping 2 labels and not printing the
first address line after the 2 blank labels.

If there is no data in the merge field in my data source, I want the blank
row to be deleted allowing the next row containing data to move up into where
the blank row used to be.
How do I do this?
