I'm using Word 2003 SP2. Recently, every time I print an envelope or try a mail merge (from Access or Word) I am getting a line of characters that don't make any sense. It starts above the address, in the middle of the envelope and reads:

This worked before, but today when I tried to send an e-mail to a bunch of clients, the merge-to didn't have an option for e-mail. Just "Printer" and "New Document". Any clues?

When I click on the "Merge to New Document" button on the mail merge toolbar, I get a dialog box asking whether I want to merge "All", "Current record", etc. Is there anyway to set it up so that it automatically merges "All" without prompting me?
