I am trying to complete a merge for price tags. The exel spread sheet has 1.Style_Name, 2. Style_Number, 3. Price, 4. Manufacture. When I merge the records the style_Number field is sometimes blank (only on the data that contains pure #'s with no letters).

Using switches to format mergefields. Is there a way to not show a zero in a percentage field? Office Manager would like to show 13.3% ; in the case of 07.3% not have the 0 show.

My problem is similar to marti's. I'm working with Excel 2003 and Word 2003, merging into labels. Out of 2000 records, only 15 Zip Codes are being merged. Data appears in Excel spreadsheet but is not appearing in Mail Merge Receipients window. What should I do?

I am interested in sending out newsletters to customers. I want to print the newsletters, and then trifold them. I want to print the addresses directly onto the newsletters to cut costs in labels and envelopes. What would be the most efficient way of doing this?

A client has sent me a manual that contains merged data ('Mergefields'), and for some reason I cannot process the manual through my translation software. I think the problem is that the mergefields are left as coded fields in the Word doc.
