I am using an existing Microsoft Excel 2003 speadsheet to create a mail merge in Word. In the Address Block and Greeting Line, there are several spaces between the First Name and Last Name of the recipients. How can I correct this?

I have merged about 20 letters into a single document and saved it. But, I need to save each letter to the persons efile that belongs to them. (ie: letter addressed to Jane Smith needs to be saved in Jane Smith's folder on my C drive.) Can you even do that?
