Using Excel as the data source, when trying to make address labels the zip code prints with a decilam point (i.e. 19215.0). I tried reformatting the excel document but got nowhere fast. Please help!! jw

When I want to print just a few labes, I go to Tools>Letters and Mailings>Envelopes and Label and after choosing the correct label, I click New Document so that I can manually type in the few address labels I want to print.
