In Word2003, my mail merge letters would add the date field, then I would
click the Lock Field button and the date would stay locked.  Now when I
re-open a letter in Word 2007, the date automatically updates, making it look
like I sent the letter today, when I actually sent it ...

I am writing a newsletter to be mailed to 50 members and want to be able to

can print labels but I would rather print directly onto the letter

I am working for a client on SQL Server 2000.  They have an urgent
requirement  regarding Mail Merge and I simply do not have the knowledge to
help.  Here is the problem  as sent to me, can anyone assist (apparently it

is it possible to create an if statement to change the format of a phone

we have in our database client phone numbers eg 07 5555 5555, can I create
