I want to start sending our billing statement via email however when I did a test email the text in my document moved. Is there a way to avoid this? Is it possible to anchor everything on the page of my document prior to the merge?

Merged letters seem to increment numbered items from the form doc. For example, the form document has three numbered items and the first merged letter would be 4,5,6 and the subsequent merged letter would be 7,8,9. What do I need to do to prevent this?

Over an hour spent on this stupid... I've changed all my Excel date formats to a specified "Date" format: "dd-mmm-yyyy" (vice "Custom: yyyyMMMdd") (didn't help) I've opened my Excel spreadsheet as the data source (not working)
