I am using Word 2003 to merge a database from Excel. When I select recipents
list and select my database it only loads page 1 of 8 and therefore I can not
print all of my mailing labels.  What do I do to get the other 7 pages to
come in?

We have three separate databases with information we need entered into 1
document.  Is this possible?  If so, how do you do it?  We want to be able to
select a doctor from one DB, a dentist from another,  and a school from a
third and show them on our form.

My vet has an application that was written in Wordperfect 4 to merge reminder

Every time I do it, Word turn the percents into .000000021 etc. numbers.  I
want it to look like 21% instead.

I've been reading a lot on Graham's site about fixing zip codes, but using
switches and field codes is all new to me and I can't figure it out. I keep
getting the error message "Error! Missing test condition" when I toggle back.

I've had a problem with mail merging data from Excel into Word.  It'll take
over some of the data but can leave part of the information off.  I have just
come to the conclusion that this is because it will only take 255 characters
from a particular Excel cell to Word.

Previous WORD programs had the option of using an address book for single
mailings.  I now have to type in each address when I print an envelope.  Is
there an option for this feature,  as I don't use mass mailings.
