I've attempted to use mail merge wizard to create labels. However, I cannot merge my address to the document. When I select addresses from my data source all I get on the document is "Next record" through out the page. Any ideas?

Using "Work Suite" + "Letters & Lables" + "Mail-Merge Documents". When you click on "Mail-Merge Recipients" an address book comes up. These are old mail merge names. I would like to delete all and make a new "Mail-Merge Recipients" list. How do I do that??

Between the line with the persons name and the organisation name mail merge is inserting a blank line into the address block, its 'hitting' return twice...? Can soneone advise me how to prevent this? cheers

I am trying to merg data from my excel 2003 sheet to form letters in word. To find the record I want I put in a policy # but it won't find the record. The # would be as such 603652. Any suggestions as to how I can get it to find the number I want to merge

I've set up some address labels to include a picture on them when I run the merge. Problem is that the picture isn't formatted so that the text can wrap around it - it pushes the text off the label. I have to go and manually format each

I started having a problem yesterday merging labels from Excel. Having done this a lot, I'm afraid I will need to reinstall Office due to a corrupted file, but just in case any of you have experienced this problem, I'm open to faster solution.
