I'm using an excel file with one worksheet as my data source to merge to a
word document.  First I select"Main document setup", then when I "Open Data
Source" and the excel file, I get a pop-up to select the table.  2 tables are
listed, both with the same name.  Can you tell me ...

I need to start my Mail Merge labels halfway down the page because I've
already used part of my label sheet.  How do I get the setup of the page to

I have a Word 2003 e-mail message type document. My data source for the merge
is a .csv file, from which I piked a few mergefields and from which is picked
the EmailID when I merge to e-mail (Groupwise). The mail format is Plain
text. All seems to work fine ... except ... a few ...

I use Outlook to create separate address folders for Christmas card list,
etc. and have always used the mail merge function in Word to print labels.

I have created a label mail merge in Word 2003 and pulled the data from
Excel 2003, once I have merged the data,  know data output displayed
following merge,but yet there are 3 pages of blank labels.

I'm automating a mail merge and the document has several fill-in fields.  
Some users report that the fill-in box is behind other windows and cannot be
seen. Not all users have this problem.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem? The version of Word is XP SP2 on

Is there a way to customize my mail merge tool bar by adding an icon/shortcut
button for the Filter & Sort found under the Advanced section of Mail Merge
Recipients?  I haven't found any in the choices under
Tools>Customize>Commands.

After switching to Windows Vista and Office 2007, I get a screen with the

Long time Excel/Word linking geek, first time poster.  Graham Mayor turned
me on to this NG.
Q:  Is there a way around using the full path in my links?  I run everything
across a server, so the full path usually ends up being a monsterous thing
