Word 2007 - I'd like to ask for a field then use it in calculations and then
have the calculated fields sum. For example:
Ask/prompt for - how many emps do you have? answer 5
blue cost 2 * 5 =  $10.00

If I get a negative value, I get $- 123.45.
How do I change this so I get either -$123.45 or ($123.45)

clicked the Start Mail Merge button, then the Select Recipients button, then

I have Office 2007 and due to problems with my fax modem and WinFax (not
fully compatible with Vista) have purchased internet fax software and license
which allows me to send any document as an attachment via the internet.   I
can receive faxes the same way, via an email.

Does anyone know how to insert the filename/path in a 2007 document other
than in the header/footer?  The only solution I have found is to insert it
into the footer, then cut and paste.  Have we gone backwards or am I missing
something?

I wish to do a mailing and as one of the fields to be included in the letter
is an image ( actually a customer logo ) . In each letter this image will
change according to the customer.

Mailmerge to Access brings US date format but I have got the format showing
In UK format in Word using the field switch however when I run a query the
date still has to be entered in US format. Is there any way to change this so

I am trying to create a letter in mail merge (which is simple enough) within
which there is a table containing the information for each entry in the
database.
e.g.

I made a Christmas Card list to merge to labels.  Now I want to add names and
