I've had a problem the last few weeks while merging data from Excel to labels in Word. I use the wizard to select the data source, and hand select the few I need. Usually about 1 sheet of labels per day.

I have done this many times before. Now when I select my receipients from the spreadsheet the program imports the ENTIRE list. I used to be able to cut and paste the section I wanted, now it says it is too large. The Excel file is a read only, can that be the problem?
