I am using a merge field and works fine, unless there is no data and then it prints the actual merge field out (example: <<mergefield>>). How do I get it not to print this? Any ideas? Thanks

We have a Word merge document that we are pulling data from an Excel spreadsheet. all the merge fields are working well, except now we need to take the value of a merged cell and multiply it by a oercen. i.e. merged value*1.04 (4%)

Is there some way to turn on the outline of the labels you are doing in a merge document so you can see the size and outline of the labels themselves to format the information you are putting on your label? I am using Word 2007.

I'm using MS Word 2003 (Small Business) and merging from Excel. I have another letter that merges the date without any problem (same field name, same file, different worksheet). I've even gone ahead and cut and pasted the Merge Field (with all it's formatting) from one Word ...

I have a letter that I will need to insert different data, like names etc. and I need to put a stop code or insert that will allow me to insert data of different lengths in the base letter. I'll need to change the date, inside address, etc. I've done this but it's been a while ...

How can I permanently change the field order in a mail merge recipient box? I can temporarily change it but it always go back to the old order.

When I choose Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels, from a mailmerge document, Word chooses the signature lines for the address instead of the address block. Is there any work around for this? I'm using Word 2003 SP3. I also use Goldmine integration with Word.
