How do I save my merged letters into individual documents and not 1 big
document that contains all my 20 odd letters?

I'm trying to create a new set of letters, using a word document which has
had a previous mail merge.  I can't get the new excel name-address list
connected to the letter model.  It keeps listing the previous table of
name/addresses.

If I have 200 names, addresses then email addresses.  typed in paragraph
format.  I want to do a mail merge, so, I need word to pull each name and
address to start each letter, I also need it to personalize by saying Dear
John Doe, then, I want to email each letter, so 1. is ...

Hi everyone!  I need to send out about 500 form letters to different
companies. I have my database and form letter all set up as follows:

I'm an educator and I'm trying to create a merged document in Word that uses
data from Excel. The challenge comes, in that I would like the numerical data
to create a horizontal type bar graph (ie: grade range, 0% to 100%).

I have completed a mail merge for name tag labels.  Now the group wants to
change the format.  (different Avery Labels.)   My merge has imported photos
and I don;t want to import them again.   Can you change the name tag type?

How keep the format of the text when we mailmerge excel-word?  The text
contains underline format for some words.  eg. This is (underline
format)microsoft company.  The text contains underline format for only
microsoft.  How to restore the format while mailmerge?

Have word 2003 and two thousand addresses in excel file sorted.  Went thro
the help for mail merge-label.  Got undesired results.
1) the sticker page size is 8inch x 6.4 inch having stickers 2 x 5 = 10.  
This paper size not available in paper size.

i have a list of over 2500 names that i need to make into labels. i created a
table database of the info in word 2007, and am trying to use that as my
existing list. it works up til i try to 'preview' the labels. thats when i

I am tryng to set up a template word document, i.e. letter.  where when i
open the file or come to edit the document it asks me a question (prompts)
such as "period date?" I then answer the prompt and it subsequently fill'ins
