I'm trying to create a new set of letters, using a word document which has had a previous mail merge. I can't get the new excel name-address list connected to the letter model. It keeps listing the previous table of name/addresses.

Have word 2003 and two thousand addresses in excel file sorted. Went thro the help for mail merge-label. Got undesired results. 1) the sticker page size is 8inch x 6.4 inch having stickers 2 x 5 = 10. This paper size not available in paper size.

I am tryng to set up a template word document, i.e. letter. where when i open the file or come to edit the document it asks me a question (prompts) such as "period date?" I then answer the prompt and it subsequently fill'ins in all the relevant places on the document.
