I am using Mailmerge and have created some conditional formatting in order to skip certain fields if the data is blank. However, now the blank lines are being left in my document. Is there another mergefield code I can use to remove blank lines?

I'm mailmerging from a query in Access 2003. There are 420 records to mailmerge, but only 123 of those are merging. There's a large memo field in the query. Can't get the others to mailmerge. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
