I have a data source that is 14,000 records. Whenever I try to merge it with
my main document, Word is crashing. Is it reasonable to be able to merge this
many records in Word 2003? Or do we have to split the data source into parts?

I have been struggling with this.  I am using Word 2003 and am printing 3

I am frustrated that the order of fields in my Word 2003 data source is not

I'm trying to merge a list of names by category.  Is there a way to do this
directly into a one column list?  If not, can I merge them into two columns
and avoid repeating the multiple categories?
i.e.
