The old Word had preset FAX Cover Letters that I could choose from. Is this not an option with 2007? I would try and download some, but the government computers I work on do not allow me to download anything.

Is there any method to embed an email signature (gif) file as a signture in a mail merge to email but include it in such as way as to ensure the the (gif,jpg) file does not become an attachment when the recipients email is text only?

Hi! Newbie here. I read through all of the recent mail merge questions and have my multiple transaction mail merge almost complete except two things. I an annoying page break that jumps in between my record listings AND if I add any kind of textbox or image around all of the code ...

I completed my mail merge and the documents appear o.k. on screen and in print preview, however the addresses that I merged do not print. I just completed a different mail merge with no troubles so I'm not sure what is going on here. I am using Word 2003.

I have correctly assigned a data source to the word 2003 document and now want my user to simply open the document and select to Merge to New Document. This option is not available though, since the user must go and OPen Data Source every time. Please help!

I have a text field data in Access 2007 in this input mask format: "07-08" (99-99;0;_), when merge this field in Word 2007 this format disappear and display this format: "0708" without the hyphen (-). I appreciate some help.

Using Microsoft Office 2007, using a word table with names and addresses as the data source the preview shows mail merge output as ok with no blank lines. The actual output shows a blank line between the name and first line of the address.
