Recorded a macro in word for merge. Problem is when it searches excel data it wants to cover the full spread sheet. Have tried first and last also nbrs 1 & 50 still goes all the way. Is it possible to stop the search at a given point befor the end of excel sheet. row 200 etc?

Although the .docx document is converted to .doc and is readable by Word 2003, the accompanying database .mdb file is not. How can this be converted so that a Mailmerge document created in Word 2007 and stored as a .doc document can be read and merged by Word 2003?

I have a list of 8,000 members. I want to merge based on 3 columns, names (Non-blank), Bad Address (Blanks) and Paid Thru (date). When I do this, it still gives me all 8,000 labels. I can sort the date column but I can't make it print just those equal to or less than (date).
