I am using Graham's individual merge add-in (http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm), and lately when I merge to separate documents, it "scrambles" the records, is the best that I can describe it.

In the transition to Office/Exchange 2007, we have some users using everything in Office except for Outlook. A user reports that a merge to email works fine, going through the process, except the merge never occurs. Has anyone been successful in this?

I created a template (with Word 2003) and saved it on our network.. I just realised that when users open their own documents created based on my shared template, somehow their documents are linked to my template and I can't make changes to it (the template).
