Word 2003 --
1.  Is it possible to send the merged document directly into an existing
document and not to a new document.
2.  If not, is it possible to have a cover page (page not to be repeated

When I merge from Excel name looks like this
John                Smith
and then city state no zip
Marietta                GA    3

How does one put photos in a Word Document (Word 2002) and keep them in
place when you E-Mail the document? Mine are either all over the place (in
the return E-Mail) or not sent at all.
I write poems and lyrics (haven't sold any) with photos or clip art images,

I recently have moved and was given a newer computer. i dont remember the
version of the old microsoft word. but with this new version i cant input new
data.  There is no data form like with the older version.  I cant export it
since its a contract and i add new information.  how ...

My merged document shows lines down the side where the merged fields are. How

Can I take a created word doc and email it in PDF format without saving the
file?
I need to convert my letterhead itineraries for clients even smaller than
the compressed file I am using. I am required to put it in now a PDF format,

Can i enter a field into a mail merge template based on its value, e.g. if
{{fieldA}} is blank then ' ' else {{fieldA}}?  I looked at the if-then-else
insert-word-field dropdown and it only wants to let me put static text on
both the then and the else clause.
