whenever i want any help from the word document, iam
unable to view the letters properly as the letters are

For some reason, every time I work with a document that
contains form fields (created using the "Forms" toolbar),
the "Controls" toolbar appears spontaneously and chooses
to go in and out of Design Mode without rhyme or reason.

How do you insert custom templates in Word 2000 so that

Can you automate fields in a custom template so that at
the initiation of a new template project, a window pops up
that allows you to fill in all the automated fields?
