I use the Work menu, available under custom menu options, to access frequently used Word documents. It is very easy to add a document to that menu, however, I can't figure out how to delete a document from the Work menu

Graham, Thanks very much--that appears to be exactly what I needed. I had tried recording a macro earlier, but the code didn't capture the paste options I'd selected when recording. I don't know the Word macro language syntax
