I've assigned several keys as shortcuts for symbols I use
frequently and suddenly they are no longer working to
insert the symbols but simply put periods in the place.
What is the problem?

Company just switched to Windows XP and Office 2002. I
can't seem to get word or excel to start in the
directories I have setup on my machine.
They both seem to want to start in My Documents regardless

We would like to prevent more than one word/excel viewer
opening at a time.  In other words, re-use any viewer that

of .25 or something practical, the ruler moves in

merge changes the format to American during the process of
using the 'Merge Recipient List'.

I have created toolbar buttons to execute them. But now
whenever I open ANY word document, I see those toolbar
