I am having problems when customizing the Tool Bar
(View>Tool Bars>Customize)and dragging items selected into
the tool bar menu. For example, Borders, adding
Row/Columns and Magnifier.

I have a strange problem. we have office xp and windows 2k
in our computer lab and microsoft word shortcut icon is
disappearing from the classic start menu. any ideas?

I am working in the Word 2000 environment and found it useful to save scraps
from Word docs by dragging them on to my desktop. Well since I had Word 2000
installed I can drag the items from my Word doc to my desktop all right but
when I try to open them in Word I get a whole bunch ...

How do I get the symbol font called "Geographical Symbols"
to chose from when I want to insert a shield image
symbol. It seems that this is a special download maybe
from the Office 2000 CD-ROM? Please help?
