I have a friend who has a dozen or so mail merges under 'tools' and only one has the arrow next to it...does anyone know how to delete these mail merges since right clicking doesn't give me the delete option...thanks

some how an old document got saved as a template or something. every time i open up word it opens up an old document as if it were a blank document. clicking on the new blank dovument does the same thing. How do you fix

Just changed computers and tried to transfer some of my own templates to the new computer, so that when I open a new document in word, the template choice tabs include "my templates" with my templates there when tab is clicked.

I have a system that doesn't show a File Menu pull down on Word 2000. It shows all the other pull downs (Edit, View, Insert, etc...). Any ideas on how to get it back short of a reinstall?
