When ever I start Word or open a Document, Word automatically changes the screen resolution to 640x480. And then when I close Word, it goes back to nomal. Any one know how to change this setting? Thanks

Suddenly in Word 2000 there is no longer the Open command under File. The only commands available are New, close, Save, Save As, Saveas WEb Page, Version, Web Page Preview, Print, Send To, and Properties. I'm using XP
