Ideally on autosave for documents I would like a copy saved to c:\MyDocuments and another on a floppy in the A: drive. I set Word to save a backup copy but it saves the backup on my A: drive with the original document. Now if my floppy goes so does the backup.

I was trying to use the F4 key to Repeat Formatting (which I thought was the default.) When I checked on the Edit menu, the menu command was labeled "Repeat Close", which I've never heard of.

Using XP pro and Word 2002. On the bottom is a bar with page no, sec #, line# and the dictionary that flips its pages even after I've turned off automatic spell and grammar check.
