How do I save customized toolbars (buttons, macro shortcuts) when upgrading to XP? I understand they are housed in a directory and all it takes is saving that directory in another location. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I set up a macro to print the envelope and then the form letter I use. I cut and paste the name/address in then hit ctrl-3 (key I assigned it to), it prints the envelope then the letter. The letter gets the right name/address

We'd like to change from icons to list (automatically, for all users). We know about intercepting the filenew command and using sendkeys("%2") to do this, but this doesn't work if the user chooses to go through the task pain and create a new document from a template that way ...
