How do I save customized toolbars (buttons, macro
shortcuts) when upgrading to XP? I understand they are
housed in a directory and all it takes is saving that
directory in another location. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I set up a macro to print the envelope and then the form
letter I use.  I cut and paste the name/address in then
hit ctrl-3 (key I assigned it to), it prints the envelope
then the letter.  The letter gets the right name/address

We'd like to change from icons to list (automatically, for all users).
We know about intercepting the filenew command  and using sendkeys("%2") to
do this, but this doesn't work if the user chooses to go through the task
pain and create a new document from a template that way ...

When i open word 2000 there are no bars not even the  MENU
BAR so no File ,View, Tools ex... I tryed short cut key

In office 2001 for mac I have the issue of my drop down
menus going missing.  An example is when I go to the
Insert menu and go down to the picture option the drop
down or slide out menu (not sure what the proper term is)

The first button command on the tool bar (top far left
side) is "Insert", then "view", "table", "tool" etc.  My
daughter says she may have accidently moved it but I
cannot locate.  When I move the cursor up to the top it
