Somehow now all my word documents have the paragraph

I really like the fact that I can detach the text color palette from the
toolbar so that if I'm working with a big document and need to change colors
of text frequently I don't have to grab the pull down to select the color. I

Situation:  
I have Windows 2000 SP-4 with Word 2000 SP-3 on my PC.
I have one or more Word documents  open and minimized

Hello, often when I move text from one document to

Hi, is there a way to get word documents to appear as "tabs" (like say
in mozilla or excel) in word instead of multiple windows?  I don't get
the impression that it can be done with just word but perhaps an add
on application for word?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

template which is stored under "personal templates" on the
task launcher, which is where it should be.  However, I
want to edit the template.  I opened the template, made

templates that I created on my previous computer to a
floppy.  I downloaded the files from the floppy to
c:/program files/Microsoft Office/Templates/1033.
