I actually have two questions about what is happening. 1st - I had an icon on the tool bar that I can click and add another tool bar that simulated the To:/CC:/BCC: of an email I removed it in hope to remove the email look and now I cannot find that icon?

My boss uses AUTO Correct extensively - he types "QU" and it autocorrects that with our company logo. He wants to use this same autocorrect database in Excel, Powerpoint, etc. He gets mad at ME because I don't know.

Question #1: I can not seem to find a way to make the delete button work by itself. Whenever I hit it, Word asks if I want to delete, to which I have to press y. How do I change this?

I just had to reinstall WinXP and all my applications, including Word 2002. For some reason, although I keep setting View/toolbars/customize to Standard and Formatting on two rows, it never stays that way--I have to do it again
