I actually have two questions about what is happening.
1st - I had an icon on the tool bar that I can click and add another tool
bar that simulated the To:/CC:/BCC: of an email I removed it in hope to
remove the email look and now I cannot find that icon?

I had to do some maintenance on a user's profile, so I
backed up the template where she has numerous macros and
autotext entries configured.  When I restored the profile
and copied what I thought was the original template back,

My boss uses AUTO Correct extensively - he types "QU" and
it autocorrects that with our company logo. He wants to
use this same autocorrect database in Excel, Powerpoint,
etc. He gets mad at ME because I don't know.

Question #1: I can not seem to find a way to make the
delete button work by itself.  Whenever I hit it, Word
asks if I want to delete, to which I have to press y.  How
do I change this?

how can word upon startup show "No" as default setting
for keeping unsaved drafts from a previous session. Why
can't it at least put them into the recycle bin.

Is there a trick to getting a custom toolbar to show in a
document which is based on a template located on a
server?  I created a new toolbar, saved the toolbar with

I just had to reinstall WinXP and all my applications,
including Word 2002. For some reason, although I keep
setting View/toolbars/customize to Standard and Formatting
on two rows, it never stays that way--I have to do it again
