I am troubleshooting and need to easily identify any custom toolbars that the user has added to Word. Are they kept in a certain place, or perhaps I can identify them form the default toolbars somehow?

Whenever I download a Word document from the Web, I always get the company's internal customised toolbars floating about the page. I then have to close each toolbar so as to read the document. Why does this happen? Any ideas how to stop it happening? We use Word 97
