I often use the outline toolbar,so I want it
display like the Format toolbar.but everytime
I create a new document,it disappears.
How can I keep it display?

Hello, I have this problem:
I'm using Office Professional 2003 on WinXP with SP2. I was looking for an
Input Method Editor for Office 2003, but I could find none, ultil I "ran
into" Multilungual User Interface archive

I want a toolbar button for paste special, unformatted. I see the
button for paste special, but that brings up the paste special box
which requires several additional clicks.

I had the problem with Acrobat 6 Pro. I put a toolbar into the header of
every one of my MSWord 2003 documents.  The unwanted toolbar offering
redundant Acrobat functions disorganized the other toolbars and made the Word
screen smaller.  And generally it upset me by bollixing up ...

How can I make sure to have no Menu Bar in Word 2000?

We have a user who inadvertently moved her task pane and now she cannot
re-position it to it's original location as when you first install Word 2003.
I've tried moving it, but it will not go back to it's original position.  
Any thoughts?

I can't make changes to my existing normal.dot and I can't create a new
normal.dot.  If I make changes for example to my font or page margins and
tell Word to set the changes as my default when I close Word it doesn't even
attempt to change my normal.dot as you can usually see it ...

I'm using Word 2000 on XP Home SP 1.  The darn custom dictionary is
full.  I created another one, but Word won't let me add words to it.
Keeps saying it's full.  
Hints appreciated.  

All - running Word 2002 on XP (SP2) and have a issue with
our in-house macro toolbars disappearing...there is no
set patten to this as they can be there for several days
then they just disappear...have lowered the security

I have recently migrated my organization desktops to office 2003, and
users started asking different questions.
One series of them i could answer and handle by using built-in help and
google, but some remain a mystery.

I can't get the recent file list to activate by selecting  :
 tools/options/general ...
... the box is de-activated ( grayed out)

Some of my adresses are in an excel-workbook.
This workbook has several sheets depending on which group the address refers
to (e.g. family, work, friends,...).

All the sudden, my Word and Excel 2003 decided to sort files and folders in
"descending" order whenever I command it to "open" a document (using Open
