I keep loosing personalized menus ( for calling functions I frequently use
and some macros) and a personalized toolbar ( for frequently used formatting
options)

On a word document there are sample water marks available on the system. How
do I make my on water mark (e.g. my name) and put it diagonally on the
document? If I want to put my hand writing there how do I do that?

When I choose FILE/OPEN I can't use any of the buttons at the top without
locking up the program.  The only option I have is to chose the MY COMPUTER
button on the side.  I've run Detect & Repair twice and nothing changes.

I'm using Word 2003 and am encountering a minor but annoying
customization problem.
I have two toolbars open:  Standard and Formatting.  I want to add a
toolbar icon, Edit/Select All.  

I have made some custom keyboard shortcuts to insert symbols that I
commonly use which are not easily accessible.  
Question -- where are the shortcuts stored?  
Question -- do I need to set-up or save the custom shortcuts in each

Recently, my 3 year old was pounding on the keyboard and the Toolbars,
buttons, etc, have disappeared.  Is there any way to get them back?  I have
even reinstalled WORD.

This is probably an easy fix which I've overlooked but now when I open word I
am missing the 'window' and 'table' menus from the top bar.  I've tried
reinstalling but no joy.  Also canoot find anything wrong with templates.
