I'm using Word 2000 and I'm wondering if it's possible to customize a
toolbar to make a 'tear-off' drop down menu that works in a similar way the
Font Colour and Border buttons.
It would be very useful to be able to do this with our dropdown that

I've got Office XP on XP Home SP 1.  I have fiddled and mangled my
Normal dot.  I don't want to delete it, because there's some good
macros in it.  So I renamed it OLDnormal.dot.  
I restarted Word.  But I'm still getting the Normal dot with all the
