I've started getting a new error message when I try to open a Word document from my Windows Explorer files by double clicking on the file. Before, doing this would just start Word and then the document would open within Word.

When I click on a menu (i.e. File, Edit, ...), I want to see *all* items there, not just the frequently used items. How do I do this? I want to turn on full menus for all of my Office 2003 applications, not just Word. Thank you.

I'm having trouble with Word 2003 trying to make my customized tool selections to be saved after I close the program. I set all of my tool options just the way I like, but as soon as I close the program and open it again, all of the tools on the tool bars have reverted

I'm running Word XP Pro in Windows XP Pro and it does not open with Task Pane --- no matter how hard I try. It will open if I click on File / New or in View / Task Pane. I did check off the option in Tools/ Option / View.
