Is there a way to save my Blocked Senders list in Outlook Express? I will soon reformat and reinstall windows and I have a long list I would like to keep. There are instructions for saving address books and folders, but none for saving these accumulated lists.

On opening word 2003 the toolbars are not the standard and formatting only, there are others that I have been using previously. Is there a way to force word to open with only the standard and formatting or those used the last time a particular document was worked on?
