When the "Save As" window appears for me to save a document, there is a gray colored vertical bar on the left side of that window with a list of folders. How can I either replace or add a folder to that list of icons?

When I open a document, there are a number of icons in the left pane to choose from, My Recent Documents, Desktop, My Documents, etc. How do I add a new location to this pane? Thanks

One of my coworkers created a sign in word. Now when ever you open a blank document the sign is there and the font is 100. How can I set it to open as the default blank document with normal spacing and font?

When I start MS WORD 2000 I can type and use the menu bars for Edit, View, etc but I cannot use File. If I click on File I get a message that "Micorsoft Word for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. ...."

I created a custom template for Word 2000 complete with toolbars and extensive macros governing the styles and format to be used. The template is currently saved to my template folder: C:\document and Settings\[user name]\ application Data\Microsoft\Templates.
