HEADER AND FOOTER TOOLBAR HAS DISAPPEARED21 Apr 2006 15:16 GMT4
I'm using Word 2002 SP3 under WinXP.  I've not had this problem before, but

already there), but no toolbar appears.
STOP the Installer!!!!16 Apr 2006 20:24 GMT2
Windows Installer runs when I try to open a program.  It asks for the
Office 2000 disk.  If I click "cancel" about 7 times, it finally quits
running and I get my program.  I can't even find the Office 2000 disk
anymore.  Besides, I don't want to use it.
