When I make a new menu, dragging it up to the menu bar, Word crashes as soon
as I click OK, even if I don't rename the menu and it has nothing in it!

I have two printers (HP Laserjet and Canon Bubblejet) attached to my
computer. I want to have two print buttons on the Standard Toolbar or new
toolbar so that one
button is for HP Laserjet and another button is for Canon.

When I "save-as," Word presents me with a ton of format alternatives
that I don't want - e.g., XML, Works 7.0, Web Page (filtered), etc.
 Is there a way to remove some of these?
