When I open Word 2007 it defaults to the HOME tab on the top of the screen. When this other girl opens hers it does not. She has to click HOME everytime. How do I fix hers to always goto HOME on startup?

Co-worker developed a form and wanted to create a drop-down list but couldn't figure out how to do it. I did it on my computer, but when I got to hers, I saw that the LOCK icon on the FORMS toolbar was disabled.

I have Word 2003 Pro. and when I access the short keys: ALT + T to access the Tools submenu but it does not work. What happen is that When I do ALT+T(Tools) and press W (Word counts) - it will take me to Windows. Or ALT+T and A (for AutoCorrect Options) - it will take me to Table

I'm using Word XP on XP Pro/MCE 2005. There are lots of functions that make a DING sound when they're done. Now that I'm listening to music on my computer while I work, I have the volume turned up. And the DING is really L*O*U*D!

I've got Word 2003 running on Vista and I was working in Word earlier, closed it down and then opened it up again and my customized toolbars are missing buttons. I had used them earlier, and not they're not showing up at all, even when I open up old documents.

In Word 2003, with the Styles and Formatting sidebar open and "Available Formatting" selected I have several styles that I want to delete that are not being used and won't be used in my doc. When I select the style I get the usual pop-open screen and I click Delete... no problem ...

I wrote a macro which enters into full-screen mode when I do certain formatting. I now like to define the view word goes into (page width) after I exit full-screen mode. Preferably I like to hook that macro to the virtual button

I want to make the ActiveDocument.SendMail command in Word 2003 conditional when the File>Send to>Mail recipient as attachment command is chosen. How do I "hijack" it into a Word macro for conditional manipulation before sending it to Outlook?

I downloaded a template from MS website and clicked the option to have 'template help'. This appears on the right Pane when you open the template. Never need it so would like to remove it now but can not figure out.
