I have my normal.dot and a special menu (menu.dot) which contains macros to open documents. When in "Template manager"? (I've got the Swedish version here) I add menu.dot to normal.dot the menu.dot gets ticked and the menu macros open documents. Saving normal.dot and restarting ...

I need to make a toolbar in Word 2003 (PC running on XP) that has links to Word files in My Documents. I have seen this on a computer and the customer wants to know how to do this. I do hope I have explained this clearly and am holding thumbs that someone can assist.

We moved from Office 2003 to 2007 recently. We've migrated our Word macros to a single Global Template and they work fine. Our wee icons now appear under the Add-ins tab and that's ok too. Unfortunately, one user had the macros still saved in her normal.dot and ended up with ...

I want to make a custom toolbar for a template. I want to copy an existing toolbar from a different template, rename it, and then edit it. I don't want the edits to affect the preexisting toolbar. How can I do that in Word XP? Lady Dungeness Crabby, but Great Legs!

I have word 2002 on windows XP. One day last week the File is missing from the main tool bar. It has always been File Edit View Insert Format Tools Table Window Help. But File is missing. How do I get it back?

I have an add-in (Word 2007) which has public macros and is loaded on startup. I can view / run the macro pressing ALT+F8. But i would like to add a button on the QAT but when i goto customize and choose "Macros" from the "Choose commands from" drop down the macros are not
