I know how to use a built in heading style to create
chapter numbers, but I want to do this across a number of
word files that make up my whole document and use a common
(not normal.dot) template to control their appearance. If

I am creating an instructor's training manual. I want the
even pages unnumbered where the instructor notes will
appear. I want the odd pages numbered sequentially where
the student notes will appear. Can this be done in Word?

OS = XP SP1
Office (Word) = 2002 SP2
