when I print my long document (> 100pages) in word 98 for mac, at some point, I get only pagenumbering in the form 7,8,9,10,11,12,11,12,11,12,11,12 ... the point where the strange behaviuor starts is always different, it happens when printing to printer or to pdf ?!

When I launch MS Word, even if I have nothing else open, it starts at Document 4, or 18, or whatever. Sometimes it starts with Document one, but not often. Does anyone know why this happens, or how to stop it? I have Office XP on

In a single Word 2002 (SP-1) document I have multiple sections. Each first page has a differnet header than the remaining pages in that section. Currently each first page is appearing as Page 0 (zero). All pages number correctly
