I have a number of documents that use field codes for the numbering, like: {AUTONUMLGL} This causes paragraph numbers to always print with a trailing period '.', like '4.4.'

I use Word 97. I have written the text using font Arial 10 but page numbering shows Arial 12. How can I change this to 10 also? Thanks for your answers,

LEE!!! I sent you email but it came back as not real. Mine is real...please email me!!! I DID try setting it and it says that Enlish US is default but it STILL converts everything to Japanese.

My company's documents use numbered headings (Heading 1 is numbered 1., the next is 2.; Heading 2 is 1.1, 1.2, 1.3; etc). Occasionally these numbers will suddenly start at 1 again.
