I have a number of documents that use field codes for the numbering, like:
{AUTONUMLGL}
This causes paragraph numbers to always print with a trailing period '.',
like '4.4.'

I have a huge document over 350 pages and w/graphics and 3
levels on numbering, eg. 1. then a)... then i)... I have
even created their own styles and have based them on NO
STYLE but....... it still jams and refuses to restart

I use Word 97. I have written the text using font Arial 10
but page numbering shows Arial 12. How can I change this
to 10 also?

but it STILL converts everything to Japanese.

My company's documents use numbered headings (Heading 1 is

First let me say - Arghh!!!!
I create a style based on a list.  However I am unable to apply it to any
text.  :(  I followed the instructions for creating a style.
Why?  Can this be fixed?

My document needs to have endnotes referenced with
multiple references such as [4-7]. In this case, how do I
create a reference 5 or 6, since it is not specifically
listed? I could use [4,5,6,7] but this is incorrect format
