I am trying to create a document which uses -
simultaneously - a few kinds of footnotes. For example, I
need some footnote references to be marked by Arabic
numerals, and others, beside/under them, in Roman

1. Is there any way of inserting page numbers for a set of pages, bu
not all of them?
2. I really liked the auto bullet and numbering feature in word 97.
